2 - 3 Shoulder Joints - boned & rolled (approx 1.5kg to 2kg per joint)

2 - 3 Leg Joints - bone in (approx 1.5kg to 2.5kg per joint)

Thick cut Pork Chops (approx 24 x chops, packed in 2 x chops per pack)

Belly Pork - 2 Options

Option 1 - Belly Pork Joints (approx 3 x joints, roughly 1kg per joint)

Option 2 - 6 x Packs of Traditional Pork Sausages (6 sausages per pack)
